Krakatoa MX 2.0.1

Krakatoa MX 2.0.1

Thinkbox Software announced the first point update to It's Volumetric Particle Rendering, Manipulation and Management toolkit Krakatoa MX.

Changes are:
*Fixed slow panning in MagmaFlow on most machines due to excessive calls to some functions related to the node under the mouse cursor. Now all relevant values will be cached and reused.
*Added UPDATE button to the MagmaFlow Debugger dialog.
*Fixed View Menu > Category and AutoCollapse items which were missing event handlers.
*Fixed crash when cloning or copying a Magma Modifier containing BLOP nodes.
*Fixed the conversion of KCM to Magma Modifier when the stack has multiple derived object stages due to previous cloning. This is caused by a bug in MAXScript, but we had to work around it.
*Fixed SurfDataValue conversion from KCM/KMF - it used to be translated as MissingOperator, but a MissingOperator does not pass through, so the resulting flow was "broken" until the MissingOperator was removed manually. Now translating as an Elbow to preserve the structure of the original flow AND pass through.
*Fixed SurfDataValue output connections offset on conversion - the MeshIndex output was missing from the socket list, which caused an offset of all following sockets.
*Fixed the detection of Deadline which was using a folder under Program Files to copy over the SMTD scripts and was thus only working in Admin mode since writing to those folders is disabled. Made compliant with the folders used by the Deadline Submitter which will speed things up.
*Fixed the VFB "Use Emission Strength" option which was no hooked up with the Main GUI.
